Privacy Notice

Information We Collect

Registration collects your email address, name, and company or organization. Saved companies, private notes, and email preferences are linked to your account. Comments, replies, display names, and helpful votes you submit are visible to other signed-in members; email addresses are not displayed in discussions. Passwords are handled by the authentication service and are not stored in the research library.

How We Use Information

We use this information for email verification, sign-in, personal research records, and research emails you choose to receive. Email subscriptions are off by default and can be disabled in your account. Registering does not automatically submit a sales inquiry.

Who Can Access Information

Saved companies and private notes are isolated by account. Authorized administrators can manage member profiles and subscription preferences; standard members cannot access the member directory. Supabase provides authentication and database services, and Vercel hosts the website. Company discussions are available only to signed-in members with verified email addresses and are separate from private saved companies and notes.

Member Discussions & Moderation

Registration accepts any email domain and requires email verification. The audience for a comment is shown before posting. You may edit or delete your comments and report content. Deletion removes the comment text but retains its reply relationships. Administrators may hide inappropriate content. Saved companies and private notes remain private. New AI conversations are automatically retained in full for authorized administrators after the user accepts the notice. Removing a conversation from the personal list does not delete its editorial archive, which remains until account deletion or administrator cleanup. Earlier private chats are not shared retroactively. Web search sends the current question to a search service; the AI service processes relevant conversation context. Chats are not published directly; independent research and editorial approval are required.
