Editorial standards and corrections
Independent operation, traceable evidence, and correctable records.
Who publishes this site
Biotech Assistant is an independently operated biopharma research website maintained by its founder. It connects company information, scientific publications, industry developments, and AI-assisted research to help readers explore technologies and potential research partners. Company inclusion does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or certification. All companies are covered using the same sourcing and evidence standards.
Sources and selection
We prioritize original company and institutional announcements, regulatory and securities filings, and journal publications. We select developments with research or business relevance. Reviews, preprints, vendor claims, clinical findings, and commentary retain their evidence boundaries. Coverage is selective and cannot establish global completeness.
How automated publishing works
Automated research produces bilingual summaries and a separately labeled interpretation. Items must have a verifiable original source and publication date, a distinct event, and a clear subject fit. A channel is allowed to have no update; numerical quotas must not override quality. These summaries are not represented as individually reviewed or signed off by a named scientist.
Dates, corrections, and removal
Source publication dates, event dates, and site publication dates have different meanings. An issue date or repost date must not make an older study appear new. Corrections preserve the original record and update timestamp; withdrawn items leave public lists, feeds, and the sitemap. To request a correction, sign in and submit the issue through the website’s research assistant for administrator review. Include the article URL and supporting source.
Interpretation and use
“Why it matters” is analysis, not a statement from the source. Preclinical findings do not establish clinical benefit; announced deals may be conditional. Consolidated financial figures do not isolate CRO/CDMO services. Follow links to the original source for the full context.
